In the past 6 months, I’ve worked with several vendors for background and drug screens. Screenpointe is by far my favorite! I’ve never had to wait longer than 30 minutes to receive a response back from our point of contact, Rachel. She’s highly knowledgeable in her field and gives excellent customer service. Recently, I had the pleasure to put a face to the name and meet Rachel in-person, she is kind and generous and I’m happy to have her as my direct contact for Screenpointe . I highly recommend Rachel and will continue to network her name to any acquaintance in the HR field.
